How to ungraded ebike scooter??

I bought a used ebike scooter there's 4 LED acid 12v-12ah. Also in it as a Power Eagles motor controller power 750w voltages 48v face angle 60 degree.
I have a Lipo 48v 1000w. Can I use this battery What do I need to upgrade this scooter it's RS 2008 wheel 16" 2.5.

I want a rear wheel 16 inches 2.5 with a controller 48 volts 100w to match my present 48v 1000w lifpo4
I'm not to good with me English hope somebody will understand what is my needs
