Or no fuse at all. Seriously.

Do not ride bike unless you.

Make a very good connection. Be sure no thing will interrupt the power connection.  Never.

Tape your plugs together.  Make good tight wheel nuts and throttle.  Check brakes, all connections.  Cord leads are out of the way and tied to frame.

When it is all good.

Ride it and enjoy.

Do run the motor when not tightened the nuts properly

Leslie, I think you meant to say  DON'T ;)

It won't make any difference to the current whether you use a 36 or 48 Volt battery, the maximum current limit of the controller will still be the same.

Mine appears to be limited to ~20 Amps, but some are set at ~30Amps. 21.23Amps is the highest reading I have obtained on my Turnigy Watt Meter, and that was during some steep hill off road use.

Fixed.

Its just one of the early videos circulating around had one man show us how his golden motor worked running it full RPM holding it with his fingers..

Try using adobe premiere cs4 or cs5, it support almost everything. Except foreign codes. Or try decoders on google.
Well hope to see a vid of 24 v :D
