If you are having technical problems this troubleshooting chart may help...

Usage

Conditions
 
1. Does your motor run when power is on and throttle is applied? No. Continue.
2. Push backwards quickly with power on and throttle off.
3. Is there strong resistance? No. Go to step 5.
4. Yes. Go to step A.
5. Is there none to minimal resistance? No. Go to step 7.
6. Yes. Go to step D.
7. Is there No resistance? No. Goto step 9.
8. Yes. Go to step C.
9. Push backwards quickly with power off and throttle off.
10. Is there minimal to strong resistance? No. Go to step 12.
11. Yes. Go to step B.
12. Is there no resistance. No. Go to step 10.
13. Yes. Go to step D.

Actions

A. Check throttle - shorts or opens. Go to step 1.
B. Check FETs - shorts. Go to step 1.
C. Check FETs - opens (rare). Go to step D.
D. Check sensors - shorts or opens. Go to step 1.
