Title: New Magic Pie V runs backwards

My new Magic Pie V runs backwards, at slow speed, but runs faster when I squeeze the brakes. :-\ Wires to controller appear to be connected correctly.

As the Magic Pie, Smart Pie and Magic Pie Edge all use the same controller, but different firmware, it might be that you controller has simply been programmed with the wrong firmware.

I suggest that you contact your supplier and explain the problem to them and see what they suggest.

If the problem is due to the wrong firmware, the correct firmware can be installed with a windows PC or laptop using the USB programming cable and the flash update software, which your supplier should be able to provide if needed.
