Title: Introduction + Question about using the PI-800 software system

Hi, recently I bought the 5kw BLDC motor from Goldenmotor and since a couple weeks i've been trying to connect the PI-800 software. I have been e-mailing Linda from Goldenmotor but we can't figure it out yet.

The problem: For some reason the moment I connect the USB cable with the controller my pc kind of disconnects with the cable.
I installed the the USB driver and the PI-800, before I plug the cable into the controller the program has no problem finding the COM port, but after it disappears.

I would really appreciate any help.

If anyone needs pictures/videos, I'll send them.

Hi Donna,

Do you own a Pi-200 cable or a selfmade one with for example a CH430 chip (from Amazon etc.)?
I have read there could be problems with the Pi- 200 cable.

Can you determine, what voltage pin 6 of the programming cable carries when the programming cable is attached to your pc via usb?
