It is not listed anywhere in their web-shop, so who do I contact?

A picture might be useful to help TOM identify exactly which BMS you have.

I would ask for your BMS for the cells you have or use your model battery..

The Li-ion safe type 3.8v 4.2hvc 2.4v lvc.

And specify that you want to buy a BMS only.

Just in case you don't know.

Do not seal any GM products to protect them from water

They will end up with more water in them from condensation and go rusty.

I tried to seal a motor to make it air tight, and the results are always the same. RUST and water inside.  I unsealed it and cleaned it up and repairs, and years of use through puddles over the wheel axel and guess what?  no water and no rust.  

Seal it and you get a problem with water, unseal it and the problem goes away.  

Seal it up again and water comes back.  Its like the tide man, you can count on it.

I've seen Dag's bms, and i'm a bit worried each time I leave the battery outside in the rain... 

Sealing these kinds of electronics are only a good idea if one manages to make the enclosure IPx8 tight I think. But in the case of these batteries; sealing the plastic end-caps against the aluminium enclosure, and drillling a drain hole at the bottom, could be a good idea, since the bms are positioned right where the end-cap and case are joined...

I have these really tiny weeny itsy bitsy drill bits made for drilling holes for components on PCB's, will let humidity and pressure out and stop most water bead comming in.  Drill a few of these little holes in the bottom and  rub some silicon into the case end seats and she will be awesome in the wet .
