Golden Motor website was notoriously decades behind in design, but turns out it's also behind in content!
Based on my discussion with Kasen Hu from Golden Motor be aware of those sad facts:
- MP3 controller is discontinued. There are no plan to produce more MP3 controllers in the future
- MP3 kit shown for sale on the website are no longer available
- Magic Pie kits are no longer in development, there won't be MP6!
- the $135 freight you are shown when purchasing on the website is old, you will be contacted by Golden Motor staff to pay the new $220
Personally, since the (great) motors are run on proprietary internal controllers, there makes no sense buying at not discounted prices dead end technology with no spare parts nor future :'(
