Living on a small electric catamaran sailboat

Hi

I Live on a 26ft electric catamaran. Driven by 2 10kw golden motors with Ez drives. Just getting to grips with the configuration and looking at making hall effect throttles to replace the potentiometer and thinking up a design I can make on my CNC machine that is waterproof and tough.
I experiment with esp32s and Arduinos with the odd microchip pic processor projects.
