That DC to DC converter, does it put out exactly 12v or is it more like 12.5v or something?

According to the data sheet: http://www.noodlehed.com/ebay/datasheets/nv_datasheet.pdf it is 12v with an Output Ripple/Noise of 95mVp-p.
