Support response time
« on: June 23, 2010, 09:46:47 PM »
I would like to get the common experience from the Goldenmotor customers and their experience to support questions. Please be fair while voting.

I would like to answer, but I would like a shorter distance between the options. Less than a day is a huge difference from less than a week. Since I live in a completly different timezone, its always the next day, but far from a week...

What's wrong with the forum for support questions?

Unless its warranty items, really, having the team of forumers like we have here, you could not ask for better service.

In some regards it is us forumers that aid customers to get warranty.

Many that try to sort their problems here first along side the official GM reps have pretty easy returns in the end.

Its good to know what is wrong before one asks for a return or warranty.  "You know", it could be a lose connection or something easy to fix.

Bring it on

The support from the forum is super, it help me to narrow down the problem to a faulty controller.
I measure 54.4 volts input and 1.2 volts directly on the controller between gnd and +5. the bike worked perfectly 200 km.

So how should I go further. How is it possible to get the bike up and running?
