Title: Magic Pie 1.1 Unboxing
Post by: vapid2323 on June 03, 2010, 05:51:29 AM
Hey guys,

I just uploaded a video of what I am calling the Magic Pie 1.1, it’s a unboxing video and only part one. I am having some issues with my camera but Part two will show the new alignment fix (it looks great btw) and also a more detailed comparison between the Pie 1 and Pie 1.1.

I am going to bed lol.

PS what’s a good website that you can view in china? I would like to upload this so Tom and others can see it.

Looking good Vapid. The packaging was ok.

Good video.

Look forward to seeing the install if you can do us one too.

Is the wheel center fixed with the 1.1 ?

Maybe try Metacafe

http://www.metacafe.com/

Actually we may be better sticking to a share site that we can all use.

Congratuolations Yao, you did it:

Golden Motor solved all the know issues with Magic Pie to me and now you have a better package as I asked a lot of times :D

I only need to receive my first order and sell it in days - I gave my second interview because of the Electric Bike business here and I don't even have the products :D

yeah, and you know what?
I'm going to seek out BikeMad in UK by the end of this year, and you know what's gonna happen to him? I'mma buy him a bear and spend some time talking about this. Also, I will, in the near future, once I graduate, host annual events so that we can meet up and have fun. Of course i'm only talking about GM customers. lol
I have alot in mind but I don't know whether it will happen, but hey, everything starts with a dream.

Ok let's not get so mushy bout this anymore, and notice that We(GM) has delivered what we promised. Next up, customer service and servicing centres, as well as automated online tracking system.

Wow this thread has turned ghey all of a sudden...

Yuan is going to buy Allan a cuddley bear and with talk of a four some, I still feel like Im missing out, cause I live in Australia.

I was doing some research on my chinese family history my family ancestors are from Guangdong province which is like 4 provinces down from Jiangsu.

I remember the bitch fight here where some were saying that GM had no factory

OMG the GM Factory (http://czgolden.manufacturer.globalsources.com/gsol/Index/1/3action/2GetSupplier/3page/2supplier-AdditionalSection/3supplier_id/26008828131105/3action/2GetPoint/3point_id/23000000149681/3catalog_id/22000000003844/3add_seq/21/3title/2Golden+Motor+Technology+Co.+Ltd?a=b)

Yeah the chinese say and write the first name last and the last name first.  So Yuan is his first name.

Yao Guohua is the president and a lawyer and is your Dad or Uncle brother?

And I Yao Philip has the engineer in him I believe.

Is this correct Yuan?

Your family have big balls putting yourselves out there in the world like this.  Kudos!

It's an easy mistake to make, as they're both very similar in shape.(http://www.arhservices.co.uk/GoldenMotor/emoticons/3_small.GIF)

I just went out for a ride affter reconnecting my computer, the Pie is limited to 20 mph  :-[

This sucks, anyone know how to change this? I want to go offroad a little faster than that. Plus my old pie would go over 20MPH

I think we could do this with the software? Issue is I don't think the option is currently in the program, LETS ADD IT YAY!!

Sorry my post was wrong, I still had the bike set to 24v lol as soon as I changed it to 48v the issue was fixed

nah, u mixed up the family wrong, it's actually... nah I won't tell you lol.

Anyway, I think we're going off topic, and geez, I realized that Magic Pie looks good on any bike frame.
Seriously, can someone tell me how to beat Lady Gaga's bad romance in "Number of Views" on youtube? what's 500 compared to 180,000,000 views. lol.

How do you Dual Drive the Magic Pie? It's virtually impossible without the dual drive cables?

Seeing his post, I don't think he said he had a Dual drive Magic Pie II. But how long do we need to wait untill the announcement of a 72v capable monster motor :)
I was wondering, is goldenmotor going to make 72v battery packs? It would be nice.
But im off topic now,

keep on the good work :D

I made the cable, seems to work just fine! It's setup like the one you guys created... (I think)

All I did was split the signal so that all the same info gets sent to both pies at the same time.

ohhhh boy. so you made that with 290+290USD which gives a total of 580USD spent excluding the batteries. Then if you could set up a dual drive yourself, then I guess I can't price it over 580USD anymore. Sad for me, was hoping to get that 2500USD CMS flash website template for the website. Oh well, but seriously you split the cables? then it makes my dual drive patent idea worthless now. But hey, maybe you can save me some work and write a special topic about how you did that so that other peeps could do the same, like a Dual Drive manual!

LOL, I might just do that, it was not all that hard.... Unless I overlooked something.

I just took it to work and I had a blast I was at 30MPH most of the way ~10-20 on the hills.
