Hi
my project is to make e motorcycle with 5KW and VEC300
i find pedal hall effect but only twist from 24 to 48V
How can use a twist grip controller for VEC300 ? (with good feeling like hall effect ) ?
Thanks

All the GM twist (and thumb) throttles use a 5V hall sensor to control the throttle signal output, the 24,36 or 48V voltage rating is just for the battery gauge, so just use one of the ordinary twist throttles but don't connect the battery feed wire for the battery LED gauge/light switch. ;)
You only need to use the ground wire, throttle signal wire and the +5V supply for the throttle to work.

Very good news. ok for gauge I think it is possible to add resistor to adapt on voltage.
thanks very much !
