Title: Battery Dimensions?
Post by: Dave on August 15, 2007, 03:28:29 AM
As I eagerly await the arrival of my conversion kit, I'd like to get started on building brackets for the batteries, but I can't find any info regarding the battery dimensions. Am I missing something on Golden's site?

Any owners care to put a ruler to one of your batteries & share that with me (and other future owners)?

Thanks!

You can get the dimensions of the batteries that you are going to run on the websites of many battery distributors such as B&B battery ect...  Here is the dimensions of a  12v - 22AH SLA battery: 7" L x 2.94" W x 6.63" H.  The golden kit does not come with batteries to allow the user to customize it to their application. (ei. short or long distance, SLA, NiMh or LiFePO4)
