How soon are items shipped out?

Hello everyone, I just ordered a MagicPie last night and was curious when orders are usually shipped out from when the order is placed. I'd like to know when I can expect my oder to arrive so I can plan my weekend for either building/riding my bike or something else. I only live a few hours from Mississauga so I'm a bit anxious. Thanks in advance. I'll be back to share my first experience with the MagicPie/ e-bikes in general.

I ordered 2 kits. It took 7 days for them to arrive in Perth, Western Australia. The batteries were paid for in the same order but I am still waiting for them 16 days later. I've received no tracking or dispatch information from Golden Motor though I have requested this twice. This information would allow be to determine the cause of the delay.

This lack of communication from Golden Motor would be unacceptable from an Australian based business. I have not had a lot of dealings with businesses based in China so I can't really comment on what to expect.

The goods I have received so far appear to be as advertised but I can't confirm they work until the batteries arrive. This may cause problems with the warranty as GM, on the single warranty card they sent, indicated that the warranty commenced from the date of purchase. I Australia a warranty commences on the date the product is received by the customer.

I think that the shipment of motors, etc.. (by air) is fast (max 2 weeks from order).
But I do not know what the batteries?
Is Goldenmotor have a problem with the cell provider?
